A writer, editor, presenter, and performer, I bring to my work more than two decades of experience in education, publishing, and communications. I am the Founder and Director of Flow and Moment, LLC, which, in addition to delivering writing and editing services, offers carefully crafted strategic plans, workshops, trainings, and ceremonies.  

I served as Associate Director at Wiggin Library, Editor-in-Chief of Conscious Choice Journal of Ecology and Natural Living, Book Review Editor at Tulsa Studies in Women’s Literature, and Associate Editor at Cricket Magazine.

I am on the board of the CG Jung Center in Evanston, Illinois, and work with the International Narrative Medicine Institute and the Celebrant Foundation and Institute. I also bring programming to Wilmette Public Library, where I have collaborated on DEI and environmental initiatives. My published works include textbooks, trade articles, web copy, blog posts, stories, and poems—along with work I have helped my clients create.
